By accessing or using Maali Company Plus Ltd ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

2. About Maali Company Plus Ltd

Maali Company Plus Ltd is operated from Apia, Samoa. We sell home essentials, electronics, apparel, solar solutions, custom-printed products, and funeral & memorial supplies. All orders are fulfilled via in-store pickup at Maali Company Limited - Saleufi.

3. Account Registration

You may create an account to place orders and track your purchase history. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in Samoan Tala (WST) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; we may accept or decline any order. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and refund any payment made.

For custom-printed or personalised products, please review your order carefully before submitting — these items are made to order and cannot be returned unless faulty.

5. Payment

We accept payment by credit card (processed securely through Stripe) and cash at in-store pickup. For credit card payments, your card details are processed directly by Stripe and are never stored on our servers. By selecting cash at pickup, you agree to pay the full order amount when collecting your order at Maali Company Limited - Saleufi.

6. Order Fulfillment & Pickup

All orders are fulfilled via in-store pickup at Maali Company Limited - Saleufi. We do not offer delivery or shipping. Once your order is ready, we will notify you by email. Please bring your order confirmation when collecting. Orders not collected within 30 days may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.

7. Returns & Refunds

Our full Returns & Refunds Policy is available at our returns page. In summary: eligible items may be returned within 30 days for a refund to the original payment method. Custom-printed and personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty. Returns must be brought to Maali Company Limited - Saleufi.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including product images, descriptions, logos, and design — is the property of Maali Company Plus Ltd or its suppliers. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maali Company Plus Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Samoa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Samoa.
