Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Here's how returns and refunds work at Maali Company Plus Ltd.
Our return policy
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order confirmation. We'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method.
All returns must be brought in person to our store at Maali Company Limited - Saleufi. We do not offer pickup or shipping for returns.
What can be returned
Unopened, unused products in original packaging. This includes home appliances, electronics, and off-the-shelf goods like the Singer sewing machine and air fryer.
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, you're entitled to a full refund or replacement. Please notify us within 7 days.
Non-returnable items
The following products are made to order and cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged:
- Custom T-Shirts — printed with your submitted design or photo
- Custom Tote Bags — personalised with your artwork
- Framed Canvas Prints — custom-printed to your chosen size and turnaround
- Custom Photo Prints — printed from your uploaded images
- Funeral Badges — personalised memorial badges made to your specifications
Please double-check your uploaded images, chosen sizes, and options before placing your order. If you receive a faulty custom-printed item, contact us within 7 days for a reprint or refund.
How refunds work
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Credit card payments are refunded via Stripe. Cash-at-pickup orders are refunded in cash or bank transfer at our discretion.
Please bring your order confirmation email, the item in its original packaging, and your ID when returning in store.
